Option A (35%): मैं joining के 10 दिनों के अंदर अपनी first-month salary का 35% सीधे BIGMAN Enterprises को दूँगा/दूँगी। इसके बाद कोई अतिरिक्त भुगतान नहीं देना होगा।

Option A (35%): I will pay 35% of my first-month salary within 10 days of joining directly to BIGMAN Enterprises. No further dues will be payable.

Option B (50%): मैं BIGMAN Enterprises के standard rule के अनुसार first-month salary का 50% दूँगा/दूँगी। मैं अपने employer/company को अनुमति देता/देती हूँ कि वे इस राशि को मेरी salary से काटकर सीधे BIGMAN Enterprises को दें।

Option B (50%): I will pay 50% of my first-month salary as per BIGMAN Enterprises’ standard rule. I allow my employer/company to deduct this amount from my salary and pay it to BIGMAN Enterprises.

मैं समय पर सभी भुगतान करने के लिए भी सहमत हूँ। यदि मैं भुगतान करने में विफल रहता/रहती हूँ, तो BIGMAN Enterprises को कानूनी कार्रवाई करने या अपनी इच्छा अनुसार मेरे employer/company को सूचित करने का अधिकार है।

I also agree to pay all dues on time. If I fail to pay, BIGMAN Enterprises has the right to take legal action or inform my employer/company as they see fit.

यदि मैं उसी कंपनी में 3 महीनों के अंदर join करता/करती हूँ, तो मुझे आवश्यक fee BIGMAN Enterprises को देनी होगी।

If I join the same company within 3 months, I will pay the required fee to BIGMAN Enterprises.

यदि मैं joining के 7 दिनों के अंदर job छोड़ता/छोड़ती हूँ, तो मैं BIGMAN Enterprises को सूचित करूँगा/करूँगी। ऐसा न करने पर मुझे ₹2000 concession fee देनी होगी।

If I leave the job within 7 days of joining, I will inform BIGMAN Enterprises. If I fail to do so, I will pay a ₹2000 concession fee.

यदि मुझे इंटरव्यू में reject किया जाता है या मैं job में interested नहीं हूँ, तो मैं 3 महीने तक बिना BIGMAN Enterprises को बताए उसी कंपनी में फिर से इंटरव्यू नहीं दूँगा/दूँगी। ऐसा करने पर मुझे due fees देनी होगी।

If I am rejected or not interested after an interview, I will not attend the same company again for 3 months without informing BIGMAN Enterprises. If I do so, I will be liable to pay the due fees.

यदि मैं payment में delay करता/करती हूँ, तो 18% अतिरिक्त शुल्क लगेगा। फिर भी भुगतान न करने पर, BIGMAN Enterprises को मेरी कीमती चीज़ों से राशि वसूलने का अधिकार है।

If I delay payment, 18% extra charges will apply. If still unpaid, BIGMAN Enterprises has the right to recover the amount through my valuable belongings.

BIGMAN Enterprises को दिया गया कोई भी भुगतान non-refundable है।

Any fee paid to BIGMAN Enterprises is non-refundable.

BIGMAN Enterprises केवल job ढूँढने में मदद करता है। वे किसी भी job की guarantee नहीं देते।

BIGMAN Enterprises only helps in job search. They are not responsible for providing or guaranteeing any job

इन terms को मानने से मुझे किसी भी job की guarantee नहीं मिलती।

Accepting these terms does not guarantee any job.

मैं अपनी salary credit date पहले से BIGMAN Enterprises को बताऊँगा/बताऊँगी ताकि वे समय पर fee collect कर सकें।

I will inform BIGMAN Enterprises about my salary credit date in advance so that they can collect the fee on time.

यह agreement BIGMAN Enterprises द्वारा दी गई सभी jobs और openings पर लागू होगा।

This agreement applies to all jobs and openings provided by BIGMAN Enterprises.

मैं hereby declare करता/करती हूँ कि मेरे ऊपर भारत या विदेश में किसी भी कंपनी, firm, या organization में कोई criminal, civil या police case कभी दर्ज नहीं हुआ है। मैंने सभी Terms and Conditions पढ़ ली हैं और उन्हें बिना शर्त मानने के लिए सहमत हूँ। साइन करने के द्वारा, मैं hereby certify करता/करती हूँ कि मेरी दी हुई सभी जानकारी, मेरी जानकारी के अनुसार, सही है।

I hereby declare that no criminal, civil, or police case has ever been registered against me in any company, firm, or organization in India or abroad. I have gone through all the Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them unconditionally. By signing, I hereby certify that the above information, to the best of my knowledge, is correct.
